HP ONLY 912xl, 963xl, 953xl and 903xl series information.
We believe in educating our customers to show what HP DO and what we do.
HP are performing firmware updates on these models and many others roughly every 3 months.
Turn off Auto updates, contact us to help you do this.
When an update occurs on the printer model, it takes away the INK LEVELS but the inks will continue to work.
Any Spare ink cartridges will not work until they are brought back to the store so we can reset the microchip on the cartridges to work with any new update.
